It's on grocery stores. Good. I'm glad. I do too. Do you? Do you know what the difference is between a grocery store and a supermarket? Oh. Can you guess? It's pretty simple, but like think like... A grocery store sells only groceries and a supermarket sells other stuff. Kind of. It's like a supermarket is like a Walmart. Yes. Supermarkets basically sell other stuff. Like cookware, small kitchen appliances, personal care products, household stuff like that.

But if you go to like a Walmart super center, you can get all your groceries and you can go by like, I don't know, a trampoline clothing. Just what I need with my groceries. Whereas when you go to a grocery store, it's going to be like primarily. You can't pick up a trampoline. You're not going to get a trampoline. You might, but very doubtful. You can get some toys. That's the point. That's the main. I know in the UK or not.

America countries. Not America country. All the other market is a more common term. Yes. Bobby didn't do research on it. Minutes of research to find. Minutes of research. And supermarket is more searched, but not in America. Yes. I don't think I say supermarket ever. No. I think it's always groceries. I'm going to like saying I don't like grocery. I don't like that word. It doesn't. It's not a good word to say. Grocery.

Grocery. Right. It's like too many. Yeah. It is too many for sure. That's how I feel like. Too many syllables. Not a fan of grocery store food store food and stuff. There you go. I'm going to the food store. I'm sure some people say that. Yeah. Get a pick up food. Food grocery.

It doesn't look right. It doesn't sound right. Samuel Grocery. Just a creepy. Creepy word there. Mr. Grocery. Maybe it's named after it. Because I don't think you look this up. But maybe grocery is named after the first guy who ever tried to sell a bunch of different foods. Most likely most names name was Sam Grocery. Most things come from silly names.

They're like we will name this type of business after you.

Are you looking it up? Yeah. Well, I'll die if the person's name was Sam Grocery. Nope. It comes from the old French word Grocery, GROSS, ERI, which meant wholesaler. This came from the Latin word croissants, which meant thick or coarse. Okay, which is kind of weird. Okay.

I feel like that's one of those words people were like, it doesn't make any sense, but it's too late to change it now. Whatever. So well, now you know, it wasn't Sam Grocery. No, some French word. Yeah, it does sound fresh.

Sure. I guess when we always start these podcasts with what is our relationship today? What is your relationship? Do you enjoy going grocery shopping?

So I do enjoy a lot of thoughts. I do. I have a lot of thoughts because I did it in different capacities. Currently now, I do enjoy going because I like to get a little break from being home all the time.

From me, from like a little baby break, a little time to myself. Well, then I'm sure you would probably concur. That is a meme. It says, you know, you're an adult going to the grocery store is like a nice you treat. I put in I put in one earbud. I listen to a podcast. I do. I have started doing that.

Yeah. Oh, you started doing that after we had melody, though. Same. Yeah.

Well, I used to know I always it's not always, but I would mostly bring something like an ear pod. Just so I don't want people talking to me. Let me focus because I'm all right. So when I go to a grocery store.

Nobody talks to me. My main objective is pretty much to be as quick as boss.

Not so much anymore. I'll slow down a little bit, check some stuff out a little bit more, but pre-melody.

It was like I was timing myself kind of not really timing yourself, but like I like to get in and out as quick as like it was it. It was fun for me.

I think that stems from when I was in college at the hell your house that I went to yes, I was the food coordinator for a year and I would go shopping for a house of 38 people.

I spent like a thousand dollars a week at like a BJ's or Sam's club. So it was I knew like where everything was what to get.

And I had all the things going on. So I learned to just be efficient. That's why if you notice how I know how to like when you you throw stuff in the car.
