And recently, I have just started my budget so that I can start working on paying off my student loans.

Recently, you said that you like to talk about financial psychology.

So my question is, how do you guys set up your grocery budget and how do you shop

for groceries to get the best bang for your buck? I love shopping sales and using coupons,

but I also know that sometimes I get sucked into buying things that I don't need because

they're on sale and I think that they're a good price.
