Well, I have the privilege of being with a colleague and dear, dear friend, Jeanette White,

and what we're going to talk about is the issue of trauma, the issue of how often,

even with a highly narrative story orientation, we have to engage our body in the process.

And what I wanted to do is to talk with her about an area she would not say of expertise, but

from my standpoint, amazing expertise, and that is on essential oils.

Though Becky and I have been using essential oils for, I would say, almost two decades.

Becky began that long ago, and I just thought it was ridiculous.

I thought it was a form of perfume.
