federal court in New York just blocked President Trump's tariffs. He doesn't have the,

you know, this authority to impose all these tariffs on all these countries. And then,

my friend Mark Levine, went on to tweet, and I think you could appreciate this,

OMG, the judicial takeover is almost complete. So it's a very simple question. What are we looking at here?

Did President Trump overstep his boundaries, or is this another case, Greg Jarrett, of these judges,

these judges, federal and local lefty judges trying to get back at President Trump?
