The Browns back on the practice field today at 1230. The Steelers coming in on Saturday, as we will make, or Sunday rather, as we make the trip east for that one.

How's your, uh, your exclusive time at the wellness retreat, the pampering, the massage, the sauna,

the hot tub, the hot toddies, hot tub.

It was hot toddies.

I mean, you, every once in a while when you have a throat situation,

as I currently do, you need to go on a wellness retreat and just be pampered a little bit.

It's totally appropriate. Yeah. Yeah. And so it was all of those things. I would say that the

brunch was lacking a little bit. It leaned a little too heavy into the pastries. I prefer more of the meats. I don't need a lot of the pastries.

Carved prime rib, king crab legs.

Yeah, that's all you need.

I don't need all the pastries.

So that was my one discrepancy with the retreat that wasn't quite all the way there.
