have we covered in this series very simply we have spoken all about serviced

accommodation it's known as many forms we have spoken all about serviced accommodation.

But serviced accommodation in simple terms is when you've got properties that are more

city centre-based. People don't have to own the property to rent it out and it's mostly people that do short stay rents. So there's a

lots of different types of models and there's lots of people that are much
