ingredients and there's no wastage there's nothing worse than being like yeah I

need like a one pinch of saffron and you have to spend like 20 quid or whatever buying like a

tin of saffron and they're like oh when am I next gonna use saffron sometime in

2026 and then your saffron's gone off and you're like, oh, what have I done?

Why have I done this?

I should have just got takeaway.

I should have gone to a restaurant because saffron's so it, I'm so far off the talking point, so I apologize.
