Bennett restaurants.com. I am a big fan of Clay Thompson. I love

everything about him, but after watching Thompson play last year, I can't believe

that there's a team out there that was willing to give

Clay Thompson a three-year deal worth 50 million dollars. That team is the

Dallas Mavericks so they add Mr. Professional.

Again, I love Thompson, and I'll root for him.

I really will.

I hope he does well, but I just cannot understand Clay Thompson getting 50 million dollars after watching him play last year.

There were too many times when I would watch Thompson and I would just say to myself to borrow

an expression from Jerry Reynolds, he's a dead horse.

Again, I wish him well, but I don't see it.

As I record this, still nothing from Monty McNair and the Sacramento Kings, but it is only July 2nd.

And there are still players out there that we know that the Kings have a liking to,

such as Brandon Ingram, maybe Kyle Kuzma, maybe Zach Levine.

Just remember, it takes two or three teams to Tango,

and it is still the infancy of free agency.
