John Moran it's not been a good week for him after the Instagram video posted over the weekend

with him once again holding a firearm NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was asked about it yesterday

on ESPN and said,

honestly, I was shocked when I saw this weekend

that video.

He had many other things to say,

but that was the crux of what he had to say.

After that, Moran came out with a written statement,

said, quote, I know I've disappointed

a lot of people who have supported me.

This is a journey, and I recognize there is more work to do. My words may not mean much right

now, but I take full accountability for my actions. I'm committed to continuing to work on myself.

Well the one thing that really sticks out to me, 100% spot on, my words may not mean much right now. Your words don't mean anything right now.

They're just words. Actions speak louder than words. This to me looks like the

same statement that I read a couple of months ago when you were suspended for eight games

you know if you really want to come out and make a statement get in front of the camera

obviously you have no issues being in front of the camera and talk all right let me look into your face let me read your eyes let me see
