As we begin the postseason in the NBA with the playing games this week, a coach has become available at the end of the season. His name is Doc Rivers.

Rivers no longer the coach of the Milwaukee Bucks. My question is, why would anyone hire Rivers

to be their coach? I don't get it. I've been talking about this for a long time. I think he is as

overrated as any NBA coach in recent history.

His postseason record is awful other than the one year in Boston. And when you have Paul

Pierce, when you have Ray Allen, when you have Kevin Garnett, when you have Rajan Rondo,

you know what? You should win the championship. How many times has the guy fail? How many times has he blown a 3-1 lead in the playoffs or a 3-2 lead? I don't understand it. And yet I can guarantee you that right now, there's a general manager in the NBA that's pondering and thinking about let's get Doc Rivers to be our coach. I don't get it. Plain and simple.

I don't understand.

I think the guy is tremendous as a broadcaster.

I really do.

I think he did a tremendous job when he was an analyst on TV.

But as a coach, I wouldn't want him coaching my team.
