On day two, we were joined by Grant Cardone. I asked Grant to speak on our stage because Grant has a real estate empire that's currently worth between $350 and $400 million, which would make quite a nice down payment on the Cleveland Indians. I invest in real estate, but after hearing Grant talk, I realized that I've

been operating my real estate holdings in the slow lane. I own less than a million dollars

worth of real estate. Grant owns $350 million. And I wanted to find out what the difference was,

and I wanted to find out his process for amassing that

empire. There was just one problem. Even though we went over his talking points before he came to

Austin, and while we were in the green room preparing for his talking points about amassing this

empire, Grant got very, very sidetracked while on stage. So I had some work to do in our Q&A session.

So I brought a couple of glasses of wine out.

I said, okay, Grant, I'm going to get you drunk

and hear all of the talking points that I actually want to hear you talk about.

So I had to dig pretty deep to find the answers to the questions that I was seeking. And what you'll be hearing

in this podcast is that Q&A session that I had over a glass of wine with Grant. Please note that

there is quite a bit of colorful language used between Grant and myself. So if you're driving and you've got kids in

the backseat, maybe you want to listen to the one with Pat Flynn or with Jeff Hoffman or one of the
