from Redditor T-Baltz. What book, fiction, or non-fiction has influenced your philosophy most significantly.

James Baldwin's The Fire next time. Any explanation? Well, Baldwin's, my favorite book by Baldwin is actually another country, but if I, to answer the specific question, the one that shaped my thinking or philosophy the most, I think reading Baldwin as a college undergrad made me want to become a writer and that

put me on a path that in a lot of ways leads to where I'm sitting now.

So that book even though it's not my favorite thing by Baldwin is perhaps the most influential.
