Hey, Jason, how you doing today?

I'm doing really good.

Where are you joining us from?

I'm joining you from Orange County, New York, 50 miles north of New York City in the Hudson Valley.

Ah, it's beautiful up there, gorgeous.

So you're originally from Brooklyn, way back when, right?

Way back when, yes, I mean, you know, I keep on saying this, you know, that I can never forget

being in school and looking and seeing, you know, I, I, I, this all-maniac, and I looked and I,

and I was there and I said, wow, in the year 2000, I'm going to be like 49 years old.

Oh my God.

I did exactly the same thing.

I said, I said, oh my God, you know, now here we are 2021.

And, you know, life has come to look at me and I've looked at life in a whole other way now,

because, you know, I look back at everything and I say, man, I am just fortunate and lucky and,

you know, it didn't come by luck.

But things, you always have to have a little luck, you know, but I, but I mean, everything that I

have is a culmination of like where I came from, I believe, because, you know, growing up in Brooklyn,

back then and the 60s and everything, I saw some incredible music, man.

I mean, oh my God.

I mean, it was hybrid, you know, I was a hybrid.
