but we also realize that we are all products of our environment, especially when we're younger,

like me, and so parts of this episode are going to feel far from relatable to people,

because I have grown up in a community that has an extremely intense focus on achievement,

especially in academics, and also athletics, and that might offend some people's sensibilities.

And while a bunch of you out there might relate to what I'm saying because, by no means,

is the community I'm in on thousands of others, but as I said, some of this might seem irrational

This is by far been our most difficult episode to record. In fact, we actually have started

and stopped recording it multiple times, because each time we start recording it, it gets emotional.

Mostly by me, because this is the topic that has probably taken up the most of my

brain space, and has probably made me relatively speaking the most miserable.
