podcaster Jess Connolly. Now, Jess is a pastor's wife and a mama and a friend who basically

wants to leave her generation more in awe of God than she found it. I love that.

She's a co-founder of She Reads Truth and the All Good Things Collective Shop, and she's also the host of the

Go and Tell Gals weekly podcast. Her latest book, You Are the Girl for the Job, fuels our discussion today about the fact that life is too short to get stuck in a holding pattern of shame, self-doubt, and comparison.
