season. And if you're a long time, Lisa, you would know it's the end of the season for us here too at Life and the Pearl Time. We've always followed the road season calendar and it's time to have a break from cycling. It's time for offseason. It's time to rest. Time to have a bit of a party. But then it's going to be time to retrain pretty soon as well.

Well, in the light of all that, we've got a really, really special guest for you to close out not only the season, to close out her career too.

It's the Olympic and world champion Grace Brown.

She's just arrived back here in her hometown Melbourne Melbourne and she was kind enough in a jet lag state

to come and meet me for an afternoon coffee and just have a good old fashioned yarn. I've been

resisting in jumping online and chatting with Grace this year, always knowing I wanted to kick back

and have this conversation with her in person. But little did I know she was going

to have such an epic season that she's had. And in the end of all that, all that success,

do the ultimate mic drop and call it a day on professional racing at the high of all heights.

But look, although we won't be having a podcast come next week, there will be,

of course, lots of good stuff going on at Life in the Peloton still throughout the end of the year.

Just around the corner, we have got the Life in the Peloton map cycling kit and casual

app app. You heard me right. The very first map Life in the Peloton kit is coming.
