Since Regiv co-founded the firm in 2016, GQG has grown to more than $100 billion dollars in assets under management.

You co-founded it with Tim Carver in 2016 after you had a star run at Vontoble.

Walk us through your thought process at the time of founding around your intentions and goals

for GQG and tie that back. around your

and goals for GQG and tie that back to where you are today.

It was quite a fun and fulfilling journey at Vantobel.

Fulfilling because every product that we managed added significant value

whether it's Asia, Far East Asia, European Equities International and so and so forth.

However, I'd begin to feel that I could improve the game and for that I need to

basically revamp how I've done historically.
