We had an interesting case broke this week. I mean, it's like, it's the ongoing thing. All of these cases, like, go on and on and on. And, you know, you decided by a district court goes to it. Appellate court goes, maybe back to a district court, maybe goes on the... You never know, but it bounces around. That's why people like Adam

Crowe at the Second Amendment Foundation make the big bucks, Adam, because you get to deal with all

this stuff. Yeah. Maybe not so much. It's part of the job of dealing with this stuff. And I'm not

sure I'd have it any other way other than some of the frustrations that come with it.

Because this one, as you said, was a big decision that did not really give us what we were looking for.

It's the weirdest thing.

Okay, we're talking about the Reese's decision.

Basically, down Louisiana, suing because 18, 19, and 20-year-olds can't buy a handgun legally under federal law and pick it up from there.

I mean, you got the district court and then it went to the Fifth Circuit and then back to district.

Yeah, so this case was filed.

You mentioned how long this stuff takes.

This case was filed November of 2020.

And the challenge was to the federal prohibition on 18 to 20-year-olds from being able to

either purchase or have a handgun transfer to them by a federal license, you know, FFL.

You know, in some states, private party transactions for those in that age is perfectly fine.

But federal law prohibits them from obtaining a handgun from a dealer.

So November 2020, all of our plaintiffs at the time, I think, we're about 18 years old.
