I'm Mama Jules, and before we do anything, Merry Christmas, you guys.

May this week be filled with love and warmth and giving and

friends and family. And if you're the person who has to work on Christmas, thank you for doing

the necessary jobs to help us be safe and cared for. Now, I've had several of you requests for me to

cover the missing child case of Caleb Collins.

And this case has twists and turns and rumors for sure. And there's also what many would call

bizarre behavior by parents and grandparents. Now, I'm going to lay out the facts of what happened

at the beginning of December in Fayette County, Alabama

first. Then, with those facts, we can look at some of the potential leads police are following,

and also a host of social media clues that are kind of puzzling. All right, on December 8th,

according to Alabama Uniform Traffic Reports, the driver of a black Toyota Tacoma pickup truck

was barreling down a county road at 92 miles per hour. It was raining, and the posted speed limit

is just 45 miles per hour. Inside the Tacoma is driver 40-year-old Stephen Collins, his girlfriend and mother of two of his children, 22-year-old Wendy Bailey, and one of the couple's shared children, two-and-a-half-year-old Riley Collins.

Now, the report indicates that Stephen was not just speeding. He was driving erratically. This dangerous behavior presumably led to the Toyota

spinning off the road and striking a tree. Now the impact was on the left rear door area,

and when that impact happened against, you know, tree to truck, it caused the truck to spin once

again before it finally came to rest.

Riley was unsecured in the back seat of the truck and died on impact.

Now, Stephen, the driver, was ejected from the truck and died later at the hospital.
