Good evening. The show begins tonight in Afghanistan where Al Qaeda has sent out an invitation

pamphlet to all the jihadists to gather in Afghanistan for training before they launch their

transnational attacks.

The Taliban is fully aware of this.

I speak to Bill Rajo of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy.

The striking things that Taliban is not denying,

Sencom's not denying, Al Qaeda is bold,

and as Bill says, they don't care what other people think,

they know that NATO and the US is not coming back. I ask Asana Kani, the former

ambassador from Pakistan and the United States, what effect this will have on Pakistan and

India. Very little because everybody knows that it's going on. So they've already

prepared their understanding of the al-Qaeda camps in Afghanistan. To my

knowledge, the only people who are not fully informed of this extraordinary

development, a pamphlet, or the American people who paid for the Afghanistan

war for 20 years. And then it stopped, and there's no evidence of success, not left that I can see from outside.

And then on to the results from the European Union election.

I speak with Anne Stevenson Yang about what effect this

will have on the China trade which is said to be in doubt in Europe the way different

from the way it used to be Europe's looking for other suppliers.

I speak to Gordon Chang about it.
