inflation spiking again or hold off for the rest of the year and watch a recession take hold which would cure inflation.

Note that the ECB has already pushed through one cut, but Christine Lagarde, the chair of the ECB, has said that they're going to wait and watch the statistics come in before they do anything more.

Right now the dollar is very strong, the other currencies are relatively weak against it.
