I remember as a kid going to my grandmother's farm, and of course, that was always a great treat for me, and we usually went rabbit hunting on Thanksgiving morning with my uncles and my cousins.

And then we'd come back home and go out by the smokehouse there. There was a shelf there on

the side of the smokehouse where we cleaned our game. And of course, rabbits are fairly easy to skin much easier than a squirrel or at least
