as we're talking about the LSU Tigers coming off a great weekend here at Alecbach Stadium,

defeating fifth-ranked Tennessee, two out of three.

A tremendous series victory for the Tigers.

Also advanced the Tigers into a tie for second place in the league standings.

LSU and Arkansas are tied for second place right now.

Now, Texas has a pretty substantial lead in the overall league race.

But of course, the key for LSU will be to finish in that top four or five in the league

because you feel pretty good that if you do that

you'll have a great chance of being a top eight national seed for the NCAA tournament so

William it was a good weekend for the Tigers record setting weekend attendance wise and two big

wins well I mean and we talked about it last week right it I would argue and say it was as advertised, right, about what we expected two of the

college baseball's best programs right now just going at it.

And I mean, you know, I hate maybe drama isn't the right word, but golly, man.

That series had just about everything.

I mean, from starting off Friday night with the rain delay,

and it's like, you know, we're playing to one of the morning.

And obviously, but we'll get to all that, I guess, is what I'm trying to say.

But yeah, man, just it was really exciting to see us compete against a caliber of opponent like Tennessee and to come out on top.

I mean, obviously, you know, we lost on Saturday.
