law. Marginal legal advice where I tell you, you have absolutely no case. All right, California

has the high court, the over California Supreme Court, had just ruled that the ban on the use of suction dredges to extract gold from rivers is legal.

In other words, California has the right to say you can't do it.

There is no dredging.

The argument that the miners said is that there is a 19th century federal law that allows mining on federal land.

That goes back to the days of the gold rush when that law was passed.
