informal. We're just hanging out talking just a few minutes every day. We're just challenging

each other and trying to listen to God say to us in this brand new year. Come on. Walk this way.

You know, I had the old, you know, Aerosmith guitar lick in there. Walk this way. But there are

a much better path to walk down that lead to

fulfillment and adventure and deep satisfaction and legacy and life. And God's inviting all of us to

get on that road this year. Now, anybody else will walker? I play sports all my life,

which meant I ran a ton. I did distance running for a while.

I've done lots of sprints and what they called suicides in the gym

and a lot of jumping, a lot of cutting, a lot of starting and stopping.

And it did a number on my knees.

So now I just walk.

The only time I sprint these days is when my flight is already boarding in another terminal.
