1:20.3 | I always had some struggles with my health when I was a lot younger and I came to a point where I was a bit fed up of getting generic information from the official bodies of nutrition and exercise, none of it really worked for me. |
1:36.1 | So I went on my own journey, found out that by doing my own research and diving into the academic literature I could actually change things to my diet and my exercise |
