We do that because not only do we answer questions from our community, the

But what we also do is we share wins.

What I can tell you, gentlemen, after doing this work for many, many years now,

is that men go through really, really big seasons of challenge, right?

Mental, emotional, physical, big seasons of challenges.

And sometimes the season feels so heavy that we feel that this is just our life.

And there's no light at the end of the tunnel.

There isn't a season around the corner that it's going to improve our situation whatsoever.

We want to start doing the work on self-improvement.

We want to start doing the work on our marriages and our relationships and our

patients with our kids.

We just don't know where to start.
