Stress is a killer.

I wonder what brings the most stress into your life.

Is it your family?

Maybe it's your job.

Maybe it's your health.

Maybe it's the direction of our nation.

But when you look around, there's just stress everywhere.

It's conflict.

There is distress about all kinds of situations.

And I want to give you a solution that I know works.

It's a solution that God has provided for every

single one of his children. How do I know it works? Because a number of years ago, I was a pastor

of this church at that time, and I had three television programs and doing all the things a pastor

has to do, like visiting the hospital

and going to see people who this, that, and all kinds of situations and circumstances.

I went to the hospital three times in that year. Each time I went, they'd give me all

these examinations, couldn't find a thing. I kept telling them, I'm not sick, I'm tired. After the third time,

I began to realize, this isn't something that somebody's done to me. I've done this to myself.
