0:22.0	And I want us to see how practical this is because God has something very specific
0:27.0	and practical to say to every single one of us no matter who we are.
0:31.0	He begins by saying, I will lift up my eyes to the mountains or to the hills.
0:36.0	From when shall my help come? That's a question.
0:39.0	Well, my help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth.
0:42.0	He will not allow your foot to slip.
0:45.0	He who keeps you will not slumber.
0:48.0	The whole He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
0:54.0	The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand.
0:58.0	The Son will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night.
1:02.0	The Lord will protect you from all evil.
1:05.0	He will keep your soul.
1:07.0	The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever.
1:13.0	Now, more than likely this Psalmist when he begins here by saying, I will lift up my eyes to the mountains.
1:18.0	He could have been thinking one of a number of things, but probably one of the things that he was thinking about was this.
1:24.0	That in the hill country, in the mountains, usually the robbers and the vagabonds and the thieves they would hang out there
1:31.0	and taking advantage of innocent travelers who were going their way.
