1:13.2	Today's go-to is a reflection on a crazy experience I had very early in the morning some years
1:19.7	ago in Malibu.
1:23.4	I had a feeling it wasn't going to work out.
1:26.3	No one would call me a pessimist, but when I scheduled an uber to pick me up, deep in
1:31.3	a Malibu neighborhood the next morning at 6 a.m., it just felt a little unlikely.
1:37.5	The next morning at 5.50 a.m., I slipped out of my friend's house, rolling my bag down
1:42.1	the driveway and out the gate.
1:44.5	The app was promising that all was well, but by 608, the app didn't look like I had hoped.
