0:53.5 | This is Kelly Corrigan Wonders for the good of the order. This week's go-to is related to two pieces of listener feedback that I really valued even though as I was reading them I thought oh God that's bad. |

1:29.7 | One is we do love feedback even if it's a critique. |
1:34.0 | Two, we are lifetime learners and we're not afraid to admit when we're wrong and we were. |
1:40.0 | And three, I wanted to share these two examples as we think about |
1:46.4 | rupture and repair and how people communicate with one another in ways that are |
1:50.9 | productive even on topics that can be a little uncomfortable. |
1:57.6 | Because I just was really impressed with the way these listeners handled their discomfort with something I said during a |
2:04.5 | podcast interview with Rain Wilson. So I'm just going to read them verbatim and |
2:08.6 | then share some thoughts. Dear Kelly, I was in tears today as I listened to your interview with Rain Wilson, |
2:14.8 | and it wasn't because I was deeply moved. |
