yeah all that so you know when I go to a, it's not exciting if I talk about the same player every single day. So when I leave, it's all right, who can I talk about? We haven't talked about yet, right? But sometimes you just got to talk about the main guy. And I'm not breaking any news here, but I need people in Eagles fans to hear this.

Sequin Barclay had the best practice I've ever seen a running back cabin training camp. Wow.

You want to talk about someone single-handedly taking over a practice.

He looks, in my opinion, better than he did in training camp last year. He's getting into open space. When he does, I think he looks faster than he did last year. He had a three-play sequence yesterday where he catches the ball. He goes down. There was a brief second where he looked like he was hurt. He was like a little slow to get up. The sideline is waving him off. Like, all right, come off.

And he literally looks at the sideline.

He's like, no, I'm staying in.

Next play, they hand it to him. He barrels his way through for a touchdown. He's talking trash to the defense. Jalen Hertz is jumping on him. They're going crazy. The offense stays on the field to go for two. So they go, they just scored a touchdown, now they're going for two.
