What's going on, everybody, and good morning.

Today is Saturday, October 4th, and this is your daily Go Birds morning update,

giving you all the Eagles news you need to know, as well as what to keep an eye out for today.

And I don't have to tell you what to keep an eye out for today.

You already know what today is. Today is the beginning of Red October. Yes, it's an Eagles pod. Yes, it's a Daily Eagles pod. And we're going to get into all the Eagles stuff. But man, Red October begins today. Phillies, Dodgers, South Philly. I can't wait. I'm super excited for it. A little more juice than Eagles Broncos. We're going to be completely honest.

We can all be honest with each other here. We love to talk about the Eagles. We'll be locked in on Sunday. But tonight, I can't wait. I'm nervous about the series. Not going to lie. You're probably not surprised if you listen to this pod. I get nervous, right? But it's a tough matchup. But you know what? maybe this is their year after all.

As our good buddy James would say,

sports are supposed to be fun. No point in going into this series, afraid. Go enjoy it. Have fun tonight. So before you completely get into Philly's mode, let's catch you up with everything you to know from the Eagles that happened on Friday. And as we always do,

let's start with what is on the schedule. I'm staring here. I'm looking at the schedule.

There's nothing on it because there's nothing today. Unfortunately, no go birds radio as we will be all Phillies out on WIP all day. But James will be on the pregame show. So make sure

you listen to the pregame show on WIP.

Make sure you watch the Phillies and listen to the Phillies tonight. And then tomorrow we will

turn our attention to the Eagles. I'll be on the pregame show at 11 a.m. with Ike,

Reese, Hugh Douglas, and Joe Jillio. So that's kind of what's next up. It's, you know,

red October until tomorrow at 11 when we get back into Eagles mode.
