Go Birds! What's going on, everybody, and good morning. Today is Monday, March 23rd, and this is your daily GoP Birds morning update, giving you all the Eagles news you need to know, as well as what to keep an eye out for today. I hope you all had a glorious weekend. It was sunny on Sunday. It was nice out.

But now a new week begins. And boy, oh boy, do we have a lot to get into. As the Eagles have

signed two new players, we got some flag football stuff to talk about. We got some new contract

details. Tanner McKee price tag has apparently been set and is known around the league. And

Nkobi Dean talked about his successor, Jihad Campbell. So we're going to get into a lot today.

But first, I got to tell you, just because I'm a little proud of myself for this. I finally set up a

mic arm on my desk. Yes, me, the same guy that is technologically terrible, the same guy that can't

crop a photo, the same guy that needs people to explain him how to do the simplest things when it

comes to really anything technology. I now feel like probably the first person 10 years ago

who put a mic arm on their desk and recorded podcasts, I finally caught up to him. So I'm feeling

good. I got both my hands free.

I'm making all types of gestures. I feel like Nick Siriani at the podium, just, you know, doing the intro. I was like, what's going on? It was good. So excited to have the mic armchair going and excited to talk to Eagles about the Eagles to you guys. We got some exciting things coming up. So it's going to be a fun month.

So excited to get going. But let's start with the two roster moves the Eagles made over the weekend as they signed late Friday night

both Marcus Epps and J.T. Gray, two safeties to the roster. This, of course, comes after they traded

Sidney Brown. And if you're just hearing about the Sydney Brown trade, welcome to Friday afternoon.

Because this happened on Friday, they traded Sidney Brown to the Atlanta Falcons. Essentially,

they send Sydney to the Falcons and they move up eight spots in the fourth round and up eight

spots in the six rounds. So don't really get a ton back. They do move up in both rounds. But the trade
