Go Birds!

What's going on, everybody, and good morning.

Today is Tuesday, March 10th, and this is your daily Go Birds Morning Update, giving you all the Eagles news you need to know, as well as what to keep an eye out for today.

And while spring is in the air, it was beautiful in

Philadelphia on Monday. And it makes sense because the new league year essentially began on Monday as the

legal tampering, I guess it's called, period began at 12 o'clock. And as a result, we had a ton of news

around the NFL. So the sun sun was shining teams were making moves

but unfortunately not the Eagles so we got a ton to get into today we're going to talk about

obviously all the moves that happened with the Eagles around the Eagles moves around the league

and it's going to be an exciting few days as by the time you listen to this who knows maybe the

Eagles have gone and signed somebody else so let's get right into it and talk about free agency on Monday. So I guess

the first thing I would say is this. I think that it's always hard for fans and really anybody

to sit back and watch your team not do anything, right? Like we talked on this pod

last week, two weeks ago that they're just not going to be super active in free agency. Like,

we knew that, right? Like Howie pretty much flat out said it when he's talked to reporters. They

want to sign their own guys. That's what they want to do. And they have. They signed Jordan Davis,

which we'll talk about on this pod. But even with all that, it's still tough to sit back and watch

all these other teams make all these moves, right? And it's not like the Eagles are coming off

a season where last year coming off at dominating the Super Bowl, dominating the championship game,

you could sit back and justify

and say, this team is unbelievably set up, good to go. They don't need to spend a ton of money

in free agency, right? Just bring back their own guys. But the team coming, the team coming off
