He's also a Super Bowl champion.

And recently, he decided to hang up the cleats.

And we've got him.

We've watched him. We can't wait to talk to him. Please welcome, Indomacan Sue. What's up, Big Man? How we doing? Yes. We start with this kind of melancholy news that you have announced your retirement. How do you feel? Does it feel final? Where's your head right now, man?

It was good. I mean, I've had opportunities over the last couple years to go back,

but a lot of it's been around in my dad, which I shared on social media,

if he's retired, but then also my mother as well, who's a big part of my life. But then more importantly, my beautiful wife, Katia, and my boys, not wanting to be away

from those twin boys and spending time with them.

So it was time to pay homage to my dad.

It was his year, one year anniversary of passing, which was a tough, tough encounterment to deal with, especially over the last five years and what he's been handling. But he's in a better place, so I'm happy.

And we're happy for you, the fact that you have arrived at such a safe and healthy place with it, Adam McKinn.
