And to you, DeMarco, we don't know what the issue is, but the judge said there was some kind of an issue

with juror number six, a 41-year-old man from the Bronx.

Prosecutors described this as a lack of candor with the court.

We're not sure what that means.

Could be he didn't disclose something properly or wasn't fully forthcoming.

The defense is accusing prosecutors of making a thinly veiled attempt

to try and get a black juror removed from the panel.

The judge said he's going to resolve whatever this issue is by the end of the day tomorrow,

if not sooner.

And Jane, Sean Combs' ex-girlfriend, has returned to the witness stand to finish her cross-examination.
