Since before Love Island, I've always had a passion for women's rights and interests.

So I'm here to tell you everything you need to know when it comes to putting yourself

first, whether that being a relationship, in the bedroom, your career or your mental health.

I've called in friends from around the world for an intimate, unfiltered conversation that will

change your life forever. The reason I started this podcast is because since I've used my

platform to speak so openly,

I've had so many of you contact me on social media and even stop me in the street asking me to do a podcast.

So now we really can get down and dirty and discuss the most important things that just aren't talked about enough.

Sophie won Glow Up at just 21.

During her time on the show,

she won the affection of viewers

with her humble but incredible talent.

She opened up about being diagnosed with autism

and has since gone on to work on such huge productions.
