0:36.0

In this episode, we want to talk about, I don't know if there's certain, I guess health and fitness kind of is the general topic. Yeah.

0:46.0

Because a lot of people struggle with losing weight and stuff, which I think is important to talk about and educate. You know how we did that post on our Instagram at Teenage Therapy. Yes. Yes. That was about how to lose weight and stuff.

1:02.0

Did you see the people that were commenting that they tried drinking those celebrity indoors.

1:08.0

Oh, no. Oh my God. I was like, whoa. The every celebrity endorses those kind of products too, which is really.

1:18.0

Do you talk to them? Yeah. Apparently everyone gets that. Do you talk to supposed to give you like that? Oh, is it? Maybe that's how they tell me about the way.

1:28.0

I'm more sense. You know, I've always wondered if those. What's it called? Anti-deoxant drinks or to clear the toxins from your body? What toxins? Like pee? I don't know. You know, you know, you know, what?

1:46.0

Anti-oxidants. Is that what it's called? Yes. I don't know. You know, you had a drink. Bye bye. It's just by. Oh, it's called by.

1:56.0

Yeah, I drink these anti-oxidant drinks. Yeah. They're organic. It's like vitamin water basically. Okay. Yeah, it's good. I always wondered if it's true though. Like what exactly?

2:08.0

I just drink it because it tastes good. Okay. Let me see. I wonder what it does for you or what it's supposed to do for you? Clear your body of sin. Yes. I got a church for that. Oh. The weak. For those who don't.

2:22.0

Okay. I don't know how to word it, but you know how there's a lot of controversy if people should promote. I don't know.

2:34.0

Why is positivity? Yeah, but not that specifically because you know when someone is clearly, you know, obese and overweight and then people tell them, oh, you know, you shouldn't lose weight to be healthier. And then people get mad and say, you should be proud of your body. Yeah.

2:49.0

Yeah. Yeah. How do you feel about that? Careful with your words. I know. Yeah. This is really controversial. People are telling, you know, like those people who are apparently obese for the greater good. Cause not only weights like their overall health, because weight is in with a lot of different stuff like diabetes. Yeah. So that is.

3:13.0

I mean, it's just. You gotta be careful. I know. Yeah. Well, obviously you shouldn't go about it by saying it in a rude way.

3:24.0

Obviously, I think people are just trying to look out for that person. But sometimes it can come across as rude or like getting into their business or whatever.

3:35.0

How about like knowing the person's intentions? There's a difference when they're calling you out for your bad health or they're just wanting you to improve on yourself, you know, like you don't need to keep talking about it because it because they probably know it probably makes them feel insecure and you know, bad about themselves.

3:59.0

So you should just go about it like the right way. Yeah. You have to be really like you're there for the person and that you're not against them because just imagine if you know, your obese, your overweight and you already feel the effects of what how few.

4:16.0

How being overweight is and just to have another person just try to force these things from to you. You already know it's wrong, but you just keep on going. It's hard.

4:28.0

Hmm. I think the issue is that some really, you know, body positivity, people get mad at others trying to encourage them to lose weight because the the controversial opinion is that you shouldn't encourage them to lose weight because they should just learn to love themselves and their body just the way you are and you shouldn't try to change yourself for the way society views.
