From this point forward all of economics can tell you is that once the unemployment rate dips

down below 5%, that wages should pick up.

Monetary policy cannot by stimulating create permanent jobs, and it can't lift long-run potential growth.

If the unemployment rate keeps falling in the way that I think it will,

at some point the Fed is probably going to have to tighten more aggressively than they expect.
