escorted a prisoner, it was a long-term prisoner down from his house block on his wing down to an appointment where the prison doctor.

You don't actually attend that appointment with the prisoner, the prisoner will win with the doctor he sells. So I don't know what the appointment was for or what happened, but obviously whatever happened the prisoner didn't get the answer

or didn't get whatever it was he was looking for and he just came out the office into the corridor in the health care department.

And he just swung one big almighty haymaker and caught me right on the side of the head.

And it took me right off my feet and I landed in a heat

outside the nurses door and I had to call what they call a first response which is press a button on your radio and every officer that's available

or attend the scene and I just remember I'm being what we called at the time pretzled up, the locks on and stuff and for

anybody that doesn't know it's that it's part of a control and restraint procedure and there's certain pressure you can put on, you can put on

just a little bit of pressure that you can put on a lot of pressure and if you put on a lot of pressure,

it's soa, it really is sua.

And you've got one guy on this arm, you've got one guy in this arm,

you've got a guy in your legs and you've got a guy on your head.

And I just remember the prisoner being escorted out under locks and they just dragged his face right along the ground all the way up to, but they called in Comarmack Jail, the SR view, the separation and reintegration unit, it was the segregation,

and it was just kind of shipped out to another jail straight after that, but I just remember thinking after it happened and everything settled down like

wow like I've really got to be on my guard constant but it's allowed out the next day for to collect these lunch from the

servary in the segregation unit and he used the the pantomos, the pantomos to attack the prisoner that was serving his meal and the prisoner ended up in a coma.

Dived right off the top flat head first into the floor and that's horrendous,

and it's just, and the thing that made them do do was just pure paranoia.
