Welcome back to full time with Meg Linnehan. I am Tamara Griffin. I'm shook. But that's a me problem, I guess. I am joined, of course, by my co-host,

Meg Linnehan. And I'm so grateful you're here, Meg, because, ooh, I mean, we always say that

there is so much to talk about. But this might be a superlative week of things we have to get through. But how are you doing generally? Yeah. I mean, I do, I feel like there's a running gag in the end of yourself when I go on vacation, all help breaks loose. So, like, maybe the baton has been passed to you because there have definitely been times. I mean, I also had multiple days

off last week to like make up for working. So I do think I may have exacerbated the problem of

just like, you know, Steph had gone to Orlando. She was trying to get days off. Like, everybody's

just trying to like catch their breath before the championship, before playoffs. And, you know, I mean, everybody's just trying to, like, catch their breath before the championship, before

playoffs.

And, you know, I mean, it's a good thing that we have the review because then you get

the little Monday, like, okay, we got to fill you in.

Uh-huh.

But then, like, we got to, there's a lot still that has to be crammed in.

Yeah.

I mean, I was telling you earlier that this feels like a blackout bingo card of news.

I mean, everything from records being broken to lawsuits to expansion team drama,

we're going to get to all of it somehow, but we're going to do it.

I am seriously, though, so excited

to let you guys know that I am going to be speaking with the it player of the moment in the

NWSL, Kansas City Current, golden boot, goal scoring record breaker, Tamwa Chowinga, and her teammate,

her African sister, who is the captain of

the Kenyan women's national team, Wanalima Jericho, about everything that Temwa has

accomplished and the impact that African footballers have been making in this league.
