David Shands, Marcus Rosier and Wallstreet Trapper has an insightful conversation with two young men with bright futures ahead of them. They are speaking to the youth and helping to add clarity to their vision as they progress through life. The bases of the conversation is just letting them know that they have so much available to them. The main thing is that they had have to make a decision to choose a great service/business to provide and stick with what they choose. Be dedicated to that one thing.

Some of our youth grow up without having someone to make them aware of their options. This is especially true when there are no positive influences around us to provide examples of what I can choose. Many young people will demonstrate what's in their immediate environment. There's some other youth that need to understand the reasons for keeping the right people around them and being mindful of negative influence.

Mentors must do their part in passing down any knowledge that may be beneficial to youth. This may be in the form of experiences and also talking about the outcomes.
