apparently. But you're probably going to be have better skin later in life. Don't worry. Here's the thing. I've never really paid attention to this before. But like, I guess it's probably just because the Apple weather app shows you like the UV level. Yes, I jack got me on the UV level.

What is it? Like all of a sudden, I'm people are people are talking people are talking about this talking. I know what the deal with the UV.

Totally. And this weekend was super high too. Like for us down here in Orange County, it was like sure. It was, you know, 11 is extreme and it was like 10.4. Yeah. You know, and I'm like, oh boy. So, you know, when you see, when you see like the art of it, and you're like, oh, wait, at four or five PM, it's

down to five and below. And then it by six, it's over. Yeah, by six, it's one or two, you know what I mean? And you can be out there. And it's great. You're not getting any sun damage. You don't have to wear sunscreen really like you don't really have to know. Right. So the sunscreen thing is interesting. Okay. Okay. So let's let's just get into this for one second because people people like to think that I don't use sunscreen. And I do sure. Um, I just, you know, it takes me a while to go from red to brown. And I've made the term. I've made the term.

Hey, a couple of months. I see coming around the bend there. You mean, congratulations. Yeah. To you. But, you know, there's, you know, there's there in regular sunscreen. There's hormone disruptors.

Oh, sure. Like that. If you look at the AVO, Octo, whatever you look at, look at normal ones. If there's AVO, Octo, and there's another one that are hormone disruptors.

Toxia or kids. Oh, sure. Yeah. Because we're lathering them off. Right. So the only one that doesn't have those is that zinc oxide spray, the white.

There's a white spray. Oh, it's the kids hate, which they hate. And I hate because I'm red. And it turns me purple. Oh, sure. And it's hard to get off. It is. So I was trying to go. Oh, man, I should just use this, you know, the safe, the safe, some block total. It's hard to find. Right. Yeah.

But do your research, you know, on, on the other ingredients in there. But I, I'm still like, I had it on yesterday. I still see it. Like I was shaving. I go, why is my neck so white?

The last thing I need is something to make me wider. I know. I don't even know what color you would be. I mean, I would be like, I would be translucent. I think it's what it would be. So, um,

but I do pay attention to the UV now. She shows if it's a, you know, two or three, then you could be okay. Right toward toward the end of the day or in the morning.

Well, and it gives you just kind of an idea of like, um, how much, because if you're not thinking about it, you're like, oh, you know, be nice to, you know, lay out there for being direct sun for however long, because I love to just kind of, you know, get a little glow and feel healthy.

But if it's out of 10 and a half or 11, great that like, wait till, did you know what I mean? But like, if it's, oh, if it's five, okay, maybe I can, I don't know. So it's nice to, and nice to be aware of it, for sure. Yeah. And, um, so the last couple days. So our kids have had our whole July has been scheduled. So our summer is basically over.

Cures already back at school at the high school, taking meetings and getting prep work. Yeah, we're done. We're done. Done. While kids go back, kids go back in summer's over for you.

Not's right kids go back a week after next next week. They're out of aquatic camp, which my oldest is not thrilled about because it's like boating and like water safety. And it's at this lake that has a lot of runoff. So it's so, he's coast, buddy.

Yeah, but it like the, it's, it's a pretty cold lake because it's all like snow runoff. You know, um, so, uh, and it's like, it's as long as this camp a week, eight to three every day for a week.

That's not too bad. But it's, it's, it's pretty significant. Like, good. Um, good though. Yeah, speaking of getting tan. Um, anyway, but, um, yeah. So, uh, so anyway, but we, like July was so.

Scheduled because the kids were doing a theater production. And then we were out of town and my wife was directing and, and so, um, so this like these last couple days before they start this aquatic camp is like our whole summer. So we're trying to really suck it up and go to the pool and think I'm taking the kids golfing today. And it's like three just just trying to do it all. Let's do it. Yeah. Get it right now. Right now. All of it. Yes. Yeah. So, uh, but we were on tour last week. It was so much fun. Wow.

Yes, man. It was, it was, uh, it was great to get back on the road. It was really exciting. Um, you know,

To not to do a show again after not doing it for one year was, was pretty, uh, pretty interesting. But like the fact that it was the fact that we didn't have any crazy bungles. We didn't know no bungles. No, no bungles.
