In one story we're working on, a woman found a box of letters that changed away historians

think about who fought the Civil War.

If you have an old photograph, a letter, or a surprising story about an ancestor, let us know.

Speaking of family, with the Civil War and the news all the time now, it can lead to some

awkward dinner conversations.

Like maybe your uncle ranning about how the war wasn't really about slavery or how his

ancestors would have real victims.
