The Hello all you beautiful people and welcome to the Glorious and the

mundane podcast I'm your host Christy Noccles. It is so wonderful to be back in this

space with you. It has definitely been a minute.

What I've loved over the past month or so

that I've been away from the week-to-week podcast schedule.

I found myself writing down things that I need to tell you,

and it's just made me realize that you've been sort of like a long distance friend or maybe even a pen pal of sorts to go really old school on you

But it just makes me really happy to be talking to you again.

That's all I'm saying.

I had a young woman out in Phoenix stop me in a conference

that I was leading at a few months ago,

and she told me how she had just moved out to that area and didn't have any other believers in her life at the moment

that she was able to be in community with.

And with big tears in her eyes, which of course brought tears to mind immediately.

She told me that I had been the believer, really the only believer in her life that she was currently walking with

from listening to my podcast.

So I just kind of sat there and cried with her

and was like, that blows me away.

I know I say it a ton, but it just made me incredibly grateful

for this simple way in which we feel connected and then I get to look forward

to somehow articulating the things that God is doing in my life, smack dab in the

middle of the ordinary and really in glorious moments that become
