Summary

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night! Friends, I’m SO excited to be back for Season 19 of The Girls Night Podcast! We’re kicking off the season with a solo episode! I’m talking about New Year’s resolutions, or lack thereof (More about that in the episode!) and how to ask for help this year! Here’s the thing, I love a reset as much as anybody, a fresh start. But the expectation that it all needs to happen on the first day of a new year is a lot of pressure. (And leaves you feeling like you’ve already failed just two weeks in). So today I’m sharing what I do instead! Along with that, we’re talking about what it looks like to ask for help in the new year and why it’s one of the most important things you can do for yourself! Oh, and make sure you stick around until the end of the conversation, because I will be sharing a super exciting announcement about the podcast that you won’t want to miss! Welcome to Season 19, friends!!
