of the Girls Night Podcast. And I'm even more excited because recently I had the honor and the

privilege of interviewing my all-time favorite author, Sean and Equist. And that's the conversation

you're going to get to hear today. If you've been part of our corner the internet for a while now,

you have probably heard me mention Sean and her books, her words and her stories and her wisdom

have impacted my life and truly shaped who I am as a person, as a writer, as a friend, and now as a mom.

Sean has a new book coming out in just about a month and it's called, I guess I haven't learned

that yet, discovering new ways of living when the old ways stop working. And in it she talks a lot

about life in the midst of transition. Well today she's going to be talking us through some of the

things that we all need to hear in the midst of life's biggest transitions and I cannot wait for
