I'm chatting with McKinsey Wilson and McKinsey Baker today, the founders of Delight Ministries.

Delight is a nationwide ministry that invites college women into Christ centered community, the bosser's vulnerability and transform stories.

Yes and amen to that, right?

Guys, I am such a fan of Delight and I am so excited for y'all to get to hear from the amazing McKinsey's behind it.

In our conversation we're going to be talking about how to grow deeper in your faith and how to find and really connect with a community of women.

They'll also be telling us the backstory of how they started Delight Ministries and sharing with us encouragement and tips they've learned along the way for those of us who are dreaming about starting something too.

I am so excited to share our conversation with you.

The other reason I'm so excited about this episode is because in it I got to have the McKinsey's way in on a question I'm asked all the time.

I can succently get questions from my readers and listeners about how to keep your faith strong in college.

And my gosh, I totally get it.

College is hard and keeping your faith strong in college even harder.

But I'm so happy we got to hear from the McKinsey's on the subject because to tell you the truth, I don't really have a great answer to that question.

I had almost graduated college by the time I became a Christian.

I walked through most of my college career without Jesus.

So while I'm totally familiar with tons of the struggles of being in college, trying to keep your faith strong in the midst of them just wasn't something I was trying to do.

So I'm really happy to get to hear their thoughts on the subject.

But I would also really love to share my story with you.
