around four years ago and you clicked onto a podcast that's all things. Girl Talk, self-improvement,

self-growth, all that good stuff. If you're a man, you don't have to click out. We do talk a lot

about self-growth and self-improvement as well. But this is mostly for my girls. We talk all about

independence, creating that good relationship with

yourself and how the relationship with yourself affects all the others and basically just how to

accept love that you actually deserve and be with somebody who treats you with respect and how to

raise your standards and all that amazing stuff and just becoming a high value woman,

whether you're creating good habits, creating good routine, getting back on track with something,

trying to start your own business, we cover all the topics here.

And a lot of the time I like to do a little girl talk series where I go on my Instagram at For You from Eve,

and I will ask you guys to ask me things that you

want advice on, boys, school, college, friends, health, whatever it is, family, all that stuff.
